Our adult classes are open to people with and without disabilities. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome.

Students move in a way that feels good to them and everyone makes choices for themselves.

For more experienced dancers, these classes are a chance to study movement improvisation with a diverse group of movers and learners.

Participants learn to work with all people simultaneously. Students will receive a certificate of completion and a teaching guide (Danceability handbook) with over 40 exercises and detailed notes from each day’s lessons.

The course emphasizes how to adapt teaching styles to any participant.
